Bio
Born in 1985 in Mie, Japan. A father of two.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and the Graduate School of Public Policy of the University of Tokyo. Worked at MUFG Bank, Ltd. and became a manager at the youngest age in the company’s history.
In 2014, at the age of 29, established the MindSeeds Inc., with a mission to nurture future business leaders.
As soon as the company launched, there were several inquiries from executives of listed companies to support their human resources development program. Currently, the main business of MindSeeds Inc. includes advisory services for human resources development and evaluation program design, personnel training, and lectures. It has served more than 1,000 people, the majority of which are executives and managers of listed companies, providing training and consulting for their business.
MindSeeds Journal is delivered in five languages: Japanese, English, French, German, and Chinese. The author is also acquainted with several other languages such as Russian, Latin, ancient Greek, and Sanskrit.
Hobbies
Visiting onsen (hot springs), singing, piano, baking (a fan of the Great British Bake Off)
